Located in a quite “calle” (calle della Sacrestia) right in the heart of Venice 2 minutes from St Mark square. The entrance is incredible. It is really a small thiny calle in a place where you can brief history. The flat is comfortable and really well furnished (I was living there) it is 80 square meters divided in two floors. In the lower floor there is an open kitchen, a wide living room and the batroom. In the second floor there are the two rooms, a double and a single. Fully furnished and equipped, it has independent heating system and air conditioning. When you will be there you'll fell like at home from the first moment!

The North East Italy / Veneto region
It is thought that the best periods to visit Venice are spring and autumn. Actually Venice is always beautiful for different reasons. During the winter and the summer the number of tourists is lower. Living inside the city centre gives the extraordinary advantage of been able to go to visit it early in the morning and late in the afternoon. The flat is equipped with hair conditioning which gives the opportunity of a good relaxing nap in hottest hour of the day. It has a also a roof terrace which gives the opportunity to enjoy the sun having breakfast out or the chill having dinner on the roof.
Venice / Venice city centre area
The central position makes this flat perfect to go to visit the City. It is located close to the San Zaccaria boat stop therefore fantastic to go to Biannale or Lido for the movie festival.

You can reach Venice by plane Landing at Treviso airport (Ryanair) or Venice Marco Polo (all airlines plus some budget), by train arriving at Santa Lucia Train station or by Car arriving at Piazzale Roma.
