Just far 1 minute walk to typical venitian shopping area (Bread & Bakery, fruits & vegetables, cheese & wine stores, newspapers & magazines...5 minutes walk to Famous Fish Rialto Market and Rialto Bridge . Between Rialto Bridge and the Ca D'Oro Art Gallery is situated the apartment that is in the 3rd floor of a Venitian Palazzo, in a typical venitian area, canal view to both bedrooms, living room , dining room, Well equipped kitchen that opens up to the terrace as well as the dining room. White marble floors and wooden floors in the bedrooms. Spacious complete bathroom with tub & shower plus a separated toilet in a side room.

Local public waterbuses "ALILAGUNA " run regularly between the Airport and Venice - Fondamente Nuove stop - Fares 12 Euros
From the Fondamente Nuove water bus stop there is a short walk of 4 minutes to get to the apartment.
travelling light and comfortable shoes are highly recommended...Venice is a walking city all over!..no cars just waterbuses and watertaxis.
Taxis are pretty expensive!
There is a Ferry boat that goes to Lido Island where you could live your car and then take water bus N° 51 to the apartment. - Ask for transport advise if you travel by car/ train / or Treviso Airport.

“Beautiful Home Away from Home” This is a lovely, spacious and very comfortable apartment in a charming and quiet part of the city, yet still very conveniently close to everything Venice has to offer. A wonderful refuge after a long day of walking and sight-seeing, cosy and warm (we were there in December!), with all the amenities one needs to feel perfectly at home. The Wi-Fi was especially appreciated. Beds are extremely comfortable, and the apartment gets wonderful light from three sides. We loved it, and would definitely stay there again.

“Tota's Island of Serenity” After the hustle and bustle of Venice, it's so nice to return to Tota's neighborhood and quiet, comfortable apartment. It's within easy walking distance of basically everything, and if you're not up for the walk, the Grand Canal boats are close at hand. What we loved best was the neighborhood, away from tourism and with great amenities - less than 200 meters to a Co-op supermarket, a fruit stand, a newstand, several good bakeries (including one with excellent almond croissants), 2 pizzarias, a delicious working man's restaurant and even a fill-your-own-bottle wine shop! All that within 200 meters!! The only concern for light, late sleepers is that all those shops are serviced through a delivery landing right below Tota's windows. They start around 7:30 in the morning and are pretty noisy. For those already up and out it would be no problem at all. We are late sleepers, but the sounds didn't bother us since they just sounded like the hum of a city waking up, but others might not like it. We would not rate it as a negative. Otherwise, everything was truly perfect, and all the great things others have said about Tota are true. Thank you, Tota, again, for a fabulous experience. Response: David is a real gentlemen, his 2 travel companions were very kind and behave as the perfect guests. The apartment was left as it was the check-in day of these 3 good friends. They were very thankful because they were tired after a long drive and were able to get in the apartment as soon as they got to Venice... It was ready clean! ...they were lucky. Thank you for staying in Ca' Dolce Apartment ...I really appreciate your review. You'll be always welcome !!

“Superb. No need to say any more!” We have just come back from a memorable stay in Venice. The apartment is stunning. A real home from home and the owner goes out of her way to make sure everything is just right for her guests. When we arrived she was in the process of making sure the Sky tv was set to receive some english programmes. Now that is attention to detail!. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything is in tip top condition, from the amazing cooker to the beautiful linen on the beds. Little touches everywhere, from the radio in the bathroom next to a pile of magazines to the many books and leaflets about Venice. Fantastically comfy beds, so important after a day walking around Venice. This place is a gem and the owner is a lady who so obviously takes pride in the service she offers to her guests. I will be back early next year and have already contacted the owner about a booking. Just one thing, please don't book it the week I want to go!! Response: I have to give special thanks for this kind review. I am happy to know that everything was perfect... even the weather... the city's architecture... the food in that nearby restaurant and all you have enjoyed through my Ca' Dolce apartment. You are and will always be most welcome!! Thank you for your time and kindness.
