This is a lovely duplex apartment located on the third floor, but not too many steps, overlooking the Squero di San Trovaso (the Gondola shipyard) where Gondals are still hand made by local artisans.
It is a duplex apartment and on the main floor there are two bedrooms; a double and one with two twins, a living room, a kitchen with dining area (seats up to 8) and a bathroom with tub; upstairs there is a large double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
It is a lovely, cosy, bright and quiet apartment with great views and located in one of Venice’s most lovely areas (just of the Zattere and two minutes to the Accademia).
