How to get there

From the airport of Venice(Marco Polo) or Treviso (RyanAir), take the shuttle bus A.T.V.O. (3€) to Piazzale Roma (the city bus Terminal), then take the water bus A.C.T.V. (€6,50) line 52 or 42, it takes 25 minutes) and get off at the stop of Fondamenta Nuove. Here is the meeting point.

Treviso airport is inland, the Marco Polo airport is linked to Venice centre also by the water bus line Alilaguna (Blue line, it takes about 40 min to get Fondamenta Nuove stop, 12€) .

The meeting time has to be arranged via e-mail.

Situated in Sestiere of Cannaregio only 20 minutes on foot from the train station and 5 minutes from the stop of the vaporetto Fondamente Nuove.

Nearby, the New Road, that crosses all the Sestiere from the Train Station on the way to Rialto. This area is one of the most animated ones in Venice with its typical restaurants, fruits and vegetables market and every kind of stores and shops.

It's very strategic to visit the three islands (Murano, Burano, Torcello) and the glass factories of Murano.

The cancellation of the booking by the client gives Venicestay-apartments the right to ask for the following percentages of the full price of the apartment:
- more than 21 days before the date of arrival: 20%
- from 20 to 14 days before the date of arrival: 50%
- from 13 to 7 days before the date of arrival: 75%
- less than 6 days : no reimbursement is given once expired the aforesaid terms or in case of interruption of the stay.

The reimbursement of what eventually due will be credited on the credit card the client has filled in the booking form , through bank transfer for the bookings paid in the same way,or through money order. The client will be invited to send his/her banking account details. All the commission charges due to the reimbursement will be debited to the client .
