Ca' Pesaro Piano Nobile offers the opportunity to live in a classic Venetian apartment with a picturesque canal view, large Istria stone balcony, elevator and plenty of living space.

This newly renovated, spacious and gracious first floor apartment in a historic palace, is located in the Santa Croce District steps from the Canal Grande near the San Stae vaporetto (water bus) stop. (The piano nobile - noble floor - is the high-ceilinged central floor in every Venetian palazzo where the sitting rooms and balls rooms were located.) Venetian residents love this part of the city as it has remained authentic and quiet and not too touristy.

There are three bedrooms (one double and two that can be set up as doubles or twins) and two newly renovated full bathrooms with showers. The bedrooms have high quality Simmons Memory Foam king size mattresses with satin bed sheets and fluffy towels. There is a very spacious living room with a large balcony overlooking a canal, an ample entrance area and a fully equipped kitchen with its own table. The total area of this lovely apartment is 150 square meters.

On arrival you will find some delicious Italian foods and a good bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, supplied by the lovely landlords, Nicoletta and Emanuele, who are real masters of hospitality, as you can read from the many enthusiastic reviews left by guests who have stayed at this and at the other two apartments they own in the building, the Cà Pesaro Terrace on the top floor and the Cà Pesaro Suite on the ground floor.

Air-conditioning is available in every room. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, SKY satellite TV channels, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and more.

The Cà Pesaro Piano Nobile is very quiet and comfortable, suitable for both short and long term rentals, perfect both for families and couples. If you are traveling with a large group you can rent the Cà Pesaro Premium that can accommodate up to 10 people, combining Cà Pesaro Piano Nobile and Cà Pesaro Suite.
