'Nati's House'; flat in Venice
Apartment | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 4
We rent our flat in Venice for short weekly stays all year round. The flat is perfect for two and suitable for a family with one or two children. “Nati’s House” (Nati is our daughter!) offers the comfort and the charm that could emphasise the value of your stay in this spectacular city of the world. Very well lighted, it faces with a balcony a marvellous typical Venetian canal, in a part of Venice, which still belongs to Venetians. We think this is a great value for the wise tourist. The flat is completely furnished, some pieces of furniture are antique and it is located at the first floor: safe when the sea floods the streets and far from humidity of the ground floors. “Nati’s House” is waiting you. For more photos and further details about us, the flat and the simple automatic way to book your stay please visit our private WEB SITE, linked below.

One room offers the kitchenette, fully equipped with four cooking stoves, table, etc. and a single or double bed sofa. The other room offers another double bed sofa, really comfortable and easy-to-open. So it is suitable for 2 people or 4, but for your comfort we prefer to limit the number in party at three people.
Three large windows and a nice balcony open onto a picturesque canal. Located at the first floor. There is the telephone, fans for warm periods, plenty of books and Venice's guides, toys for children, tv, VHS, devices for different voltage (110V to Italian standard), normally you'll find all the common stuffs of a normal home. Our aim is make you to feel like at home.
You will find every thing you need to rest after your Venetian hard walks and to prepare a wonderful Italian dinner with our original recipes. Children will find toys and VHS cartoons and, in case, we can can lend a stroller or similar useful tools.

Nati's House is really close to shops, markets and recommended restaurants. In a few minutes you reach the Guglie vaporetto stop or the San Marcuola vaporetto stop. Close to the Alilaguna shuttle boat stop (from/to the airport).
We are Paolo, Giulia and Natalia, Nati for friends (15 years old).
We are a (quite rare nowadays) happy family who lives in Bologna. We decided to have this flat in Venice because we love this city. We had been living there for six years when we were students at the University School of Architecture. Now we are both architects professing in Bologna, but our hearts are still in Venice. The city is not so far from Bologna so, during the periods we do not rent the flat, it is possible for us to enjoy short stays in the most spectacular city of the world.
For the contractual terms and condition, please see the "How-renting-works" section of our website (linked below in this advertisement).
Please visit also Paolo's Facebook Page (Paolo Devescovi) and our blog "Archirent New".
Our flats are in Venice, Florence, Bologna, Marche and Apulia. All units are currently advertised through this site and through our private web site. We are proud to offer a positive view of tourist rental. Renting flats is not our main profession (we are both architects and Paolo is also an art teacher) but a way to allow us to fund the expenses of our very particular rental units and to maintain an opened window on the world through this pleasant business. It is a way to get to know other people and cultures. Everywhere we travelled we found kindness and enthusiasm. We would like to offer you exactly what we expect from other people. We can't be everywhere to meet you but internet has definitely given to the world more chances to be closer to all people.
The North East Italy region
Venice is perhaps the worldwide most romantic tourist destination. Venice needs no words to be described. Everyone knows how is wonderful wandering the city's canals on a gondola, enjoy a coffee in one of the many "campi", at any time of the year. From crisp clear winter days to mild spring, autumn and a hot summer, the culture is there to be enjoyed.
We have a piece of our heart in Venice. We suppose every sensible visitor does the same. We are happy to give him a valid contribution to share this sensation.
Our house rises in a urban distric once owned to the nuns of San Girolamo and the friars of San Secondo. All the area since 17th century was called Chiovere di San Girolamo. A "Chiovera" is a sort of small area closed by fences where hung out cloth to dry. In ancient times the art of silk grew in all the area with many dyers (Chiovere from the latin "clauderiae"). From this fact the names of some places: Fondamenta de i Ormesini, from Hormuz, an asian city destroyed in 14th century where Venetians learned the refined art of silk for their marvellous clothes used from 16th to 18th centuries.

Dear guest, I am sorry you suffered those noise problems from the neighbor upstairs. As you pointed out, the fact I am used to recommend a quiet and respectful behavior, finds reason as some guests on the past, actually had had bad behaviors and my neighbors complained asking me to do something on their defense.
As you can see, it is my aim to do my best in order to solve any possible arising problem, whatever is the cause but, of course, I can do nothing if I do not receive any complaint or notification.
I am very sorry you did not offer me the possibility of doing something to stop the disturbing noises during your stay. Consequently, for this reason, I am a bit disappointed you wrote publicly here your complaints as, before, I would have expected the respect of the rental contract you signed with me:
"Should any problem occur with the property, the client must immediately (within 24 hours) notify the property owner. The client should also inform the owner if the problem has not been remedied. The client should allow the owner and his staff reasonable time to remedy the problem, or to find a suitable solution…" and then "The client is responsible for informing the owner of any complaint and allowing it a reasonable opportunity to remedy the problem during the rental period".
I say this as I am doing all possible efforts to give a qualified and serious service and build a necessary good reputation on my private rental activity. Who knows me can clearly witness it publicly in my Facebook page. I am now obliged to write this response as a sort of defensive harangue as guests' reviews are really important but as they work fine for a renter when report positive impressions, they can easily destroy a reputation even with problems easy to solve or inconsistent.
