The ferry stop ensures you can reach all parts of Venice such as Doge's palace (10 min ferry ride) and the Rialto bridge with ease.
The property offers tasteful, comfortable accommodation for 4 with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a secluded private garden!

The 2nd bedroom is located next to the garden area along with the 2nd bathroom accessed via steps (approx 15 steps down) outside of the living room (private entrance to 2nd bedroom and bathroom seperate from the living area)

“Stay with real Venetians” This is an excellent place to stay if you want to be away from the main tourist areas, yet be close enough to walk to them. It's also good for vaporetto routes, local shops and restaurants. The garden is great for eating and drinking in, and the whole property is well equipped.

“Disappointed” The apartment is in a great location and the main part of it is well equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine, master bedroom and bath, lovely living and dining area, garden sitting area. We were two couples traveling and expected a two bedroom apartment. The second bedroom is on the ground level, apart from the main flat, which is okay. However it has no windows or vents either in the bedroom or bathroom and has a musty smell. The owner told us not to keep the door open as there were neighborhood cats. It meant sleeping in the room with no air or ventilation, apart from a fan. We tried to sleep in it but could not because the musty smell got into our lungs. We had to sleep on the floor of the living room for 2 nights before we found another apartment to rent. We would recommend this property only for 2 people, sharing one double bed.
