The North East Italy / Veneto region
This region is well known for the opportunity to enjoy nature from the mountains to the sea and is as interesting in the Winter as the Summer. Surely the best time to visit Venice and North East of Italy is from march to mid-october.
There is a wide range of things to do in this area: beautiful towns such as Verona, Treviso, Vicenza, Padova, Asolo, Soave, the Riviera del Brenta's villas, and many many little towns well known for their Roman and Medieval remains.
From a culinary point of view the region is appreciated throughout Italy for great food and is offered with our best wines!

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN VENICE
In Venice, in the ancient Tintoretto's workshop, close to these apartments there is a laboratory of conventional etching, lithography, watercolor, sculpture, artists' books…
The printing of Tintoretto has always been a meeting place
and a place of ideas: anime-artists of the printing, during
the years, have sponsored exhibitions and cultural initiatives, have
initiated additional courses and have established relationships with
schools and foreign artists.
We cite as examples of our fervor "les Editions du

-"Notebook on a trip" is an initiative now in its fifth
edition: Each year ten artists, different training, technique
and backgrounds are invited to complete a diary of sketches,
thoughts and materials that may be a witness of their reflection
creative from the time when the notebook is entrusted to them until
appointment with the exhibition, it becomes an occasion for
understanding and comparison between the artists and their retinues.

There are in Venice also a huge range of cultural visits to museums, churches and archaeological sites and many events organized by artists and the local Council including the renowned Venice Film Festival and summer-long Biennale arts festival.
With the Lido beach nearby and remarkable cultural opportunities, Venice offers great diversity you can even learn the secrets of the Serenissima Republic or how to row in a gondola!
Venice sprung from a myriad of isles lying in the centre of the Venetian Lagoon. It was an inhospitable environment made up of low seabeds, land just above the surface and narrow sandy islands buffering the lagoon from the Adriatic sea.
From the very start, Venetians have had to cope with a series of problems inextricably linked to Venice's particular environmental situation: namely, the scarcity of fresh water, the absence of arable land and the difficulty of obtaining raw materials. Surrounded by water and with the neraby mainland often under the control of powers that were hostile, Venetians were compelled to exploit to the utmost their one and only resource: the sea.
