Veneto is one of the most requested tourist area of the world, with the superb cities of Venice, Verona, Padova, Vicenza. It is also famous for the Dolomiti mountains and for the beach.
It’s impossible to imagine a better destination, conveniently located (5 minutes by foot and only two bridges from the Ferrovia train station and a little further from the Piazzale Roma bus station) and immersed in the historic Santa Croce quarter behind Campo San Giacomo dell’Orio (one of the squares that have retained its original character), 3 minutes from Campo dei Frari and 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge and San Polo (a few minutes more from San Marco).
In the immediate vicinity you can find supermarkets, meat markets, excellent bakeries and refined, welcoming restaurants and pizzerias.

From the airport:
Take the shuttle bus that goes (in around 20 minutes) to the Venice Bus Station.
Otherwise, you can get a taxi or a water taxi to go to Venice bus station or straight to the apartment.
By car
In Venice is not possible to drive a car. The only parking spaces are available close to the bus station (Piazzale Roma) or Tronchetto.
