Bright and sunny property, just completely renovated to very high standard, conveniently located in the city deep heart and very easily reachable from airport, train station and Piazzale Roma cars and buses terminal.

Perfect for 4 people, its soft colours and simple, clear furnitures make this accomodation really relaxing.

Moreover lift, air conditioning, wifi, 50" flat screen cable tv will make your stay very pleasant and restful...

The apartment has a large and cosy living room with dining area, a very well equipped kitchen-diner, one tub bathroom and one shower bathroom.

A master bedroom with king bed, a second double bedroom with twin beds which can be jointed and used as a king double bed.

Moreover a laundry room with washing machine, dryier, iron and iron board will be at your disposal.

The North East Italy / Veneto region

The apartment is second floor and overlooks Rio Marin, a very typical and characteristic corner of Venice.

The location is simply perfect, really close to railway station and Piazzale Roma, is very well provided with food shops: bakeries, a very good pastry shop is just in front of your door, a butcher is 10 meters far, a well stocked supermarket is 200 meters far.

The Venice, Veneto / Santa Croce, Venice area

Moreover at the end of rio Marin you will find one of the last typical venetian groceries: Michele, the owner, is a food and wine lover, infact you will find a very well stocked cellar there.

But you are also close to Frari church, one of the most spactacular in Venice, to the lively Campo Santa Margherita, with a plenty of bars, pizzerias and trattorias. You will reach Rialto in 10 minutes by foot and San marco area with a 15 minutes vaporetto journey.
