Apartment of 50 sqm. at the first floor in a red painted house reproduced also in some paintings of Canaletto and Bellotto (see Canaletto painting’s picture “SS.Giovanni and Paolo square” – Dresda Staatliche Kunstammlungen Kemaldegalerie).
The original structure dates back to the 16th century and has been entirely restored.

Floor is in “seminato alla veneziana” (paste of marble powder studded with marble pieces).

The house is on the canal and has its own berth.

The rent is regulated weekly and it costs, depending on the number of guest and on the period, from euro 750,00 to 900,00 bed & electricity/gas included.
