Elegant top floor apartment to feel like Home, very centrally located San Luca is situated between San Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge, exactly on the San Luca 's Square, crossroads to reach the major sites of the wonderful Venice. The strategic position will let you visit Venice without using the expensive public boats.

Key collection point: Public Boat Station RIALTO in Venice. A person will meet and greet you at the Vaporetto Boat Station indicated and leads you at the property San Luca. Meeting time must be taken at least 5 days prior your arrival in Venice.

Centrally and elegant apartment on the third floor, with lift (which starts from the first floor) Casa San Luca is very sunny with a nice view of the city, consists in an entrance, with air conditioning, from where you can reach the independent and well equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed and TV, a roomy bedroom with a queen size bed, large cupboard and a ceiling fan, bathroom with shower.The apartment is furnished in modern and ethnic style, parquet floors.

Minimum stay of 3 nights,security deposit of 250 Euro by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) is required at arrival. Baby cots available upon request at 70 Euro per stay (cot linens not provided). Taxi boat reservation available upon request. Welcoming basket or Wine and snacks can be provided at your arrival (charges and details upon request).

Cancellation: the deposit paid is not refundable. Cancelling from 19th days prior arrival you will be charge for the 50% of the balance, less than 10 days prior arrival 80% of the balance.
