Baby cots available upon request at 70 Euro per stay (cot linens not provided). Taxi boat reservation available upon request. Welcoming basket or Wine and snacks can be provided at your arrival (charges and details upon request).

Late arrival or check-in :from 7.30pm to 11.30pm Euro 55,after 11.30pm Euro 70. Baby cots (not linens provided) or additional beds (on request) euro 70/stay. Special offers for last minute request (less than 20 days prior arrival 10% off).Rental Payment is due 20% as deposit at confirmation then 80% 20 days prior arrival by bank transfer or by credit card (only Visa or Mastercard are accepted).

Cancellation: the deposit paid is not refundable. Cancelling from 19th days prior arrival you will be charge for the 50% of the balance, less than 10 days prior arrival 80% of the balance.
