The Apartment is part of “Le Haut des Espinets” - a small luxurious Resort, created for those, seeking calm surroundings in an exclusive environment.
Le Haut des Espinets was created back in 2002, based on the dream to provide a place to stay for those seeking calm surroundings in an exclusive environment. At that time we turned an exquisite Provencal villa into an Exclusive B&B, renovated and equipped as a deluxe hotel. In 2006 we established seperate fully equipped apartments with modern Italian kitchens and kept a few double rooms.
The Master Suite is one of only five possibilities on the Resort, so you will be a part of a very small intimate setting. The Master Suite consists of two en-suite living rooms with dining table and sofa areas, a small well equipped modern Italian kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. On the private terrace you find your outdoor dining table and a few sun-beds. pool, tennis court, petanque court and other amenities are shared with few other guests. From the south directed living and the terrace you have a very nice view overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. One of the sofas in the living is convertible allowing two more to sleep. Once you wake up in the morning you might slip into the bathrobe hanging in your room, open the door to your private South or East terrace and enjoy the splendid view over the sea or the surrounding park. You might start the day with a tennis match or a swim in the heated saltwater pool before breakfast. You can order breakfast and we serve this freshly made at the poolside or in the dining room. Should you decide to stay 'home' this day, we will be happy to prepare a salad or sandwich for you. 2-3 evenings a week we offer a dinner menu, to give you an extra choice.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
Le Haut des Espinets is located in a calm residential area in the hills beween Saint Paul de Vence and Cagnes-sur-Mer. Here you find yourself in a noise free zone, but you will only have a 10 minutes drive to the Cagne-sur-Mer promenade at the sea, 20 minutes to Nice down town, 30 minutes to Cannes downtown and 45 minutes to Monte Carlo.
The Cote d'Azur has everything and you are close to it all from this location in between Nice and Cannes. In winter time some guests ski in the morning and shop in Cannes in the afternoon or they play tennis at home.
Isola 2000 is a 90 minutes drive away - here you find 120 kilometers of slopes located 2000 - 2700 meters above sea level.
The Vence area
Saint Paul de Vence is 35 minutes walking distance away. Here you visit the most famous Historic Village on the Cote d'Azur, with many art gallaries and museums.
You will find around 10 golf courses within 30 minutes drive and more than 20 within an hour.
