This luxurious 3 bedroom detached villa is set in a peaceful location and enjoys open views of the mountains, this is a perfect place to relax and watch the world go by. The shaped pool is heated in the winter months so you can enjoy Casa Benetto all year round. Over 70% of our renters have rented the villa before and appreciate the quality of this stunning villa and its surroundings.
If you dont want to take advantage of the gas BBQ`s or any of the local bars and restaurants in the area there is a fully equipped kitchen with large American style fridge freezer, double oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The villa consists of 2 double bedrooms (both with air conditioning) and 1 triple room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom as well as there being a separate shower room. There is also a well equipped utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The lounge is a good size, has double doors onto the patio and window overlooking the pool. There is also a large flat screen TV and Sky box.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol is well known for its all year round climate and this is backed up by the number of winter bookings we get for Casa Benetto.
The local beach of Torre Del Mar, with it's never ending promenade and clean beaches is well worth a visit and is only 15 minutes drive from the villa. For the shoppers amongst you, you will also find the shopping centre El Ingenio in Torre Del Mar.
The well know white washed village of Frigilliana and Nerja are within easy reach. The Balcony De Europa and the Caves Of Nerja are well worth a visit.
Velez Malaga / La Vinuela area
Venta Baja can be found nestling on the edge of the Sierra Tejeda National Park and is a typical small Spanish village. Casa Bennetto is on the outskirts of the village with the larger Puente Don Manuel only a few minutes away. Within a short drive you will find the hot springs of Alhama De Granada and with the Sierra Nevada sking slopes approximately an hour away. Local activities include horse riding, numerous walks, golf, water park, canoeing, fishing and fine dining amongst others!
How to get there
Easy Jet, Ryan Air, Thomson Fly, Flybe are just a few of the budget airlines that fly into Malaga which is approx 45 minutes away. Taxis can be organised from Malaga at an approx cost of 75 euros. Granada is also within reasonable distance (approx 80 minutes)
With Wednesday being the cheapest day to fly on (usually) we are happy to accommodate mid week to mid week change overs.

Further details outdoors: Set in it's own private gardens with fully enclosed private heated swimming pool. Outside shower room and toilet. The gardens contain an array of fruit trees. Roof terrace. Two gas BBQ's. Garden bar area is complete with fridge and sink and is perfect for El fresco dining on the terrace. The terrace has a full size roof awning as well as canvas walls all of which can be used to cover the terrace from the sun in the summer, the chill winds in the milder months or can be easliy stored to leave the terrace completely open.
The pool is cleaned on a weekly basis and the gardener attends to the gardens for two hours a week to keep them in the beautiful condition they are.
The next village (Puenta Don Manual) a 20 minute walk away with everything you could possibly need. There are some fantastic restaurants including Indian, Spanish, Italian and English. For a real taste of Spain the local tapas bars are a must.
The closest beach is in Torre Del Mar and is roughly a 15 minute drive away.

For the comfort of our guests smoking is prohibited in the villa but ashtrays are provided for smoking on the patio and outside bar.

Wheel chair access to the pool area is via the front door (which has extra wide opening facility) and round to the drive
There is a 25% deposit required at the time of booking. We also take a £50 per week breakages deposit.
Discounts are available for long term lets of 1 month or more.

Payments can be made by either direct bank transfer or debit/credit card (3.4% fee for payment by debit/credit charge - this only covers the charges made to us) providing you have a PayPal account.
A 25% deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 12 weeks before your holiday. A £50 breakages deposit for each week of stay is required to be paid with the balance.
