This beautiful private detached villa set in the picturesque hilly countryside of the Eastern Costa del Sol offers you all mod cons and spotlessly clean, comfortable accommodation. It is located in an extremely secluded position and having no other villas nearby, offers complete privacy.
The views of the imposing Mount Maroma and surrounding hillside and countryside are breathtaking. There is also a wonderful view of the blue Mediterranean sea and the coastal town of Torre del Mar in the distance.
This location is idyllic for a peaceful get away and lends itself to the perfect holiday destination away from work and people. Relaxation on a grand scale - if that's what you need!
The villa is tastefully furnished and of an exceptional standard, and offers a high degree of comfort. The style is modern and minimalist with an emphasis on easy living. Should you need to be in contact with the outside world, there is broadband internet access.
Outside, the spacious garden is simply laid out and the sparkling blue heated swimming pool is very inviting. There is ample room for poolside lounging and the covered terrace offers a shady place to escape from the Spanish sun. In the evenings, watch the magnificent sunsets and wait for the sky to fill with zillions of stars. It's magic!

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Off the beaten track. Ideal relaxing holiday location with warm all year sunshine. Only 45 minutes from Malaga airport. Great variety of places to visit including the many unspoilt white villages of Andalucia. Coastal resorts of Torre del Mar, Torrox, Nerja to name a few, are all within easy driving distance.
Numerous restaurants, chiringuitas and tapas bars offer a great variety of international cuisine. The town of Velez Malaga is ancient and many Moorish influences are to be found in the old quarter of this unspoilt traditional Spanish town. It is the capital of Axarquia.
Granada and the Sierra Nevada are only 90 minutes away by car and the Alhambra Palace is not to be missed!
If you are feeling energetic, the choice of walks is endless and the views are always superb. The nearby village of Arenas is within walking distance and offers pubs, restaurants, basic shops and a bank.
Velez Malaga / Arenas area
The beaches in this area offer everything for a great day out and the sea is safe and warm. There are opportunities for diving, sailing , off-roading, horse riding and golfing etc. There are many wonderful walks in the mountains and any amount of exploring in this part of unspoilt Andalucia.
The summer is crammed with fiestas and you can really capture the atmosphere of flamenco dancing and witness the proud Andalucian horsemen showing their prowess. There is of course the other alternative of just letting the world pass you by and chilling out by the pool or on the beach.
It is a typical white Andalucian hillside village and remains virtually unspoilt by tourism. There is a riding school on the outskirts of the village and horse riding is available. In the summer months there are many fiestas in the surrounding villages and it is great fun to join in with the local frivolities, but beware, the local wine is very potent!

Further details indoors: Apart from the double bedrooms in the main house it also has the advantage of a separate double studio bedroom. (Ideal for grandparents or teenagers).
The main bedroom is en suite and there is another family bathroom. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating so is suitable for any time of year.
The kitchen is fully equipped and bedding and towels are provided. Should you require, a catering service is available please ask for details.
Further details outdoors: There is ample parking space for several vehicles. There is a BBQ area with utensils supplied. All areas of the garden enjoy complete seclusion. Poolside seating and sun loungers are supplied.

Weekly rental with any day changeovers. You may arrive at the villa at 4.00 pm at the earliest unless previously arranged with the agents. On the day of departure you should vacate by 11.00 am.
You will find the villa in perfect condition on your arrival and it is hoped that you will leave it in acceptably tidy condition.
Conditions
A deposit of 50% is payable at the time of booking, and the balance payable two weeks before arrival.
