This beautiful villa on a private domain of 1,5 hectare is fully south orientated and has a great seeview even to the Morrocon coast on a clear day.
The villa has a large porche for outside-dining or enjoying the shade at midday, and a very large sun deck invissible for "outside-eyes".
The 50m² pool has a built-on 6 persons yacuzzi that receives hot water from the sunpannels wich heats the pool-water in the fresher periods of the year (april-may and october-november). The salt water treatening with electrolyse provides natural chlorine and prevents by that skin- and eye allergies caused by using chemical chlorine
The open plan living is spacious and modern with a large dining area, comfortable living space and a well equipped open kitchen (even with seeview during cooking!!). A large shopping-centre/ supermarket is at 10 km for provision of food.
For our visiting babys and pre-schoolers we have a extra special bed with adapted linen (1)
There are, if desired to leave the rest and relaxation of Casa Lina, plenty of possibilities for daytrips to the natural parc, or to the historic citys of Malaga (40km), Antequera (75km), Granada (120km), Sevilla (200km) or Cordoba (200km). Here you are in the centre of medieval morish Europe. You even can go the the nearby beach at Torre del Mar. Do not forget to enjoy the village of Arenas, one of the historical "white villages" of Andalucia, with its friendly inhabitants.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The location of the villa is ideal for those who want to retreat into the magnificent scenic beauty of the Arenas hills, whilst still being only a short drive from the beaches and bustle of Malaga! The villa is perfectly situated to encapsulate the splendour of a quiet scenic retreat, whilst boasting the convenience of nearby Malaga. One of the most appealing aspects of the location is the landscape, which provides the perfect backdrop for scenic walks or challenging cycle routes. Arenas itself is situated in the Axarquía; it is a charming mountainside village with winding streets and antiquated architecture. There is even a 12th century church-mosque on the square, which also boasts the Town Hall.
How to get there
Casa Lina can be reached easily from Velez Malaga - which is just 4km away. We advise to rent a car with a 1,6 cc engine, due to some parts of the track wich are steep to ride, and with a full loaded car driven with a small engine, the track will be tuff.
