The Costa de la Luz / Cadiz Province region
The Costa de la Luz has beaches as good as almost anywhere in the world. Miles and miles of pure white sand with clear waters. The coast has not been overdeveloped and in fact the beach at El Palmar has no big hotels only a few restaurants and small guest houses. There are many interesting places to visit within a 30-60 minute drive including Cadiz, Jerez, Gibraltar, Tarifa and several national parks. The mountains of the Grazelema National Park are about a 1 hour drive away where you can enjoy fantastic scenary yet meet very few other drivers! There are many opportunities for walking in the area and a wide range of water sports available including, surfing, wind-surfing, diving, kayaking, sailing and boat trips. From Tarifa you can enjoy a whale and dolphin watching trip or take the ferry and be in Morocco in 35 minutes.
Vejer de la Frontera / La Noria, Vejer area
Vejer is one of the most picturesque towns in southern Spain. A place of white-washed houses, narrow winding streets, unspoiled beaches and excellent cuisine. It was declared a site of great historic and artistic interest in 1976. If you want to see "real Spain" then Vejer is the place to go. It is small enough to wander round the streets without the need to drive yet has a wide range of good quality, reasonably priced restaurants and many small shops.

Large lounge dinner with 2 leather sofas, coffee table, large dining table and 6 chairs. Flat-screen TV with satellite and DVD player. 2 ceiling fans. Large library of DVDs available including children's films. Small library of paperback books. Chess and draughts set and other board games.
All bedrooms are of a good size with ample wardrobe space, a chest of drawers in each bedroom and bedside cabinets. Bedrooms have ceiling fans. All bedding and towels are good quality either from Marks and Spencers or John Lewis. Built-in safe.
Both bathrooms have electric radiators with built-in fan heaters for the cooler months.

We don't send you keys to our house - we have an agent who lives in Vejer who will meet you when you arrive and show you around the house.
Conditions
10% discount for second subsequent week. £100 non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance 6 weeks prior to departure. Cancellation charge is 50% from 6 weeks to 15 days prior to arrival and 100% 14 days or less prior to arrival. A £70 deposit against any damage is to be paid with the final payment. This will be refunded 7 days after your departure.
