3 bedroom spacious townhouse, sleeps 6, in quiet location yet close to all amenities. Located in an elevated position on the La Noria development giving great views! Excellent quality furniture and fittings. Fantastic kitchen with dishwasher. Wireless internet access available. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Have a few glasses of the excellent local wine with your meal and enjoy a pleasant stroll back to the house! 10 mins drive to local beaches. House stays wonderfully cool in summer and warm in winter (heating provided). Easy parking outside of house - no worries about hunting round for a space. House accessible without driving through the old town. Babysitting available from mature English lady.

Kitchen is beautifully fitted with granite worktops. Table and chairs, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, iron & ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, juicer etc.
Large lounge dinner with 2 leather sofas, coffee table, large dining table and 6 chairs. Flat-screen TV with satellite and DVD player. 2 ceiling fans. Large library of DVDs available including children's films. Small library of paperback books. Chess and draughts set and other board games.
All bedrooms are of a good size with ample wardrobe space, a chest of drawers in each bedroom and bedside cabinets. Bedrooms have ceiling fans. All bedding and towels are good quality either from Marks and Spencers or John Lewis. Built-in safe.
Both bathrooms have electric radiators with built-in fan heaters for the cooler months.

Front and back patio both have table and chairs for at least 6 people and parasols. Gas BBQ. Beach chairs, parasol and body boards available as well as various beach toys.

Conditions
£100 non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance 6 weeks prior to departure. Cancellation charge is 50% from 6 weeks to 15 days prior to arrival and 100% 14 days or less prior to arrival.
A £100 deposit against any damage is to be paid with the final payment. This will be refunded 7 days after your departure.

The Costa de la Luz region


The Costa de la Luz has beaches as good as almost anywhere in the world. Miles and miles of pure white sand with clear waters. The coast has not been overdeveloped and in fact the beach at El Palmar has no big hotels only a few restaurants and small guest houses. There are many interesting places to visit within a 30-60 minute drive including Cadiz, Jerez, Gibraltar, Tarifa and several national parks. The mountains of the Grazelema National Park are about a 1 hour drive away where you can enjoy fantastic scenary yet meet very few other drivers! There are many opportunities for walking in the area and a wide range of water sports available including, surfing, wind-surfing, diving, kayaking, sailing and boat trips. From Tarifa you can enjoy a whale and dolphin watching trip or take the ferry and be in Morocco in 35 minutes.
The Vejer de la Frontera / La Noria, Vejer area
Vejer is one of the most picturesque towns in southern Spain. A place of white-washed houses, narrow winding streets, unspoiled beaches and excellent cuisine. It was declared a site of great historic and artistic interest in 1976. If you want to see "real Spain" then Vejer is the place to go. It is small enough to wander round the streets without the need to drive yet has a wide range of good quality, reasonably priced restaurants and many small shops.

the house is new and really tastefully decorated, clean and well equipped. The kitchen had all the essentials and more, it was a pleasure to come home to after a day of exploring. Location wise it was close to the centre of town -about 10 to 15min and about 10 min from the supermarket, although a car would be essential for travel to the surrounding areas and parking on the street in front of the house was nice to have. the house had a sheltered patio which was good for windy days. |

This house is located in a development in the new part of Vejer de la Frontera but is an easy walk into town to enjoy the older parts. With three separate terraces (back, front and roof), you really are spoilt for choice over locations to eat within the property and you can therefore pick from sun or shade as you wish. The house is fantastically equipped, particularly with beach and kitchen equipment. We took the BBQ up to the roof terrace and generally enjoyed the sunset views over to the Mediterranean in the South. There are two bathrooms and satellite TV. The only slight issue for us was that the mattresses were very firm and we tended to wake up with slightly stiff shoulders! This is the only reason for my rating below, everything was beautifully clean and in good condition. Unfortunately this area is prone to wind from the South and when it does blow, you can't put up a sunshade, so for Northern Europeans in the middle of June the only choice is to stay inside and watch Wimbledon! |
