You will find your apartment in the old town of Vecindario. You can reach every important point by feet. In 2 minutes you can reach a bakery, a supermarket and a 24- hour- supermarket, if you need something urgently at 11:00 pm. In our apartment you find all what you need in your holidays. It is furnished with a beautiful kitchen, digital TV, radio, internet with DSL, comfortable sofa and a private atmosphere. The terrace invites you to a sunny breakfast or in the night to have a wonderful cold Sangria. Moreover we have a store place for your sport equipment.
How to get there
The apartment is 15 minutes from Las Palmas Airport. To get to the apartment you take the highway marked GC 1 SUR towards Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas. Take the third exit from the highway(Vecindario/ Pozo Izquierdo). By taxi from the airport the cost is about 15 Euro.

Carter& Gina Staying at Atico Apartments was great. The price was excellent and the service was even better. Kay and Susan were so helpful in finding a rental car, giving directions and answering questions. They even made a bed for our dog. When Susan brings you fresh sheets & towels they smell so good its like being a little kid cuddling & sniffing the blankets. If you want to avoid the tourist area where you stay this is the place. The atmosphere is mostly locals and you can easily drive to most of the hot spots on the island from here with ease.
