in a small building apartment on the 1nd floor heating, energy saving windows, new furniture, 3 spacious and bright rooms with double bed and balcony, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. All shops and services nearby, bus stop 100 meters away.

AMBLING LODGE: a sunny terrace overlooking the sea, the look that embraces the whole coast from Vasto to the Gargano, the Tremiti islands in front, the old houses, flowers, fresh air, a true paradise!
PALAZZO D'AVALOS: old residence of the prestigious family of Avalos. With the exceptional gardens to the side and visited the Museum within the rich, in which is preserved an interesting numismatic collection. And 'one of the most significant examples of Renaissance architecture in Abruzzo.
ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK OF ROMAN BATHS: back to light following extensive archaeological excavations and redevelopment completed in 1998, contains some of the biggest and most important mosaics discovered so far along the entire Adriatic coast average, with a total area of ??about 250 square meters. , as well as a number of service areas with flooring remains spa, pools, cisterns, and a large room paved with marble. The mosaics of Neptune, very large, are characterized by a very detailed decoration.
NATURE RESERVE OF PUNTA ADERCI: It occupies an area of ??285 hectares and extends along the Adriatic coast to the north of the port of Vasto, up to the mouth of the river Sinello. The area of ??interest is formed by the natural beach of Punta Penna. The promontory of Punta Aderci (26 m) characterizes the entire area by offering a 360-degree view of the entire reserve. From Punta Aderci one can enjoy the Maiella National Park and at sunset in conditions of good visibility, the National Park of Gran Sasso. Off the reserve, never missing the dolphins of the genus Stenella or the Bottlenose dolphin, as well as several other marine species typical of the Adriatic Sea. Birdwatchers can observe, in addition to the refectory symbol of the reserve, the greater flamingo, gray heron, the knight of Italy, the kingfisher, the great tit, and many other species, including birds of prey are present kestrel, sparrow hawks and buzzards.
VASTO MARINA: The Spaggia of Vasto Marina is nestled within the great gulf of the same name, a huge arc-shaped moon, it comes to soft golden sand beach very wide and miles long, which has behind it, as well as an urban center with hotels, clubs and camps, the beautiful dune formations which, together with those of the beach of Punta Penna, represent one of the best preserved habitat of the coast. The beach is well equipped and is bathed by a sea bottom with very nice sloping and sandy, ideal for children to swim, swimming, and other water sports.
AQUALAND: it is the largest water park in Central and Southern Italy. The property includes 3,000 square meters of swimming pools, a self-service restaurant, a pizzeria and sandwich shop, several bars, a picnic area in the woods, a mile slides, sports facilities such as gym, beach volleyball facilities and free-climbing, baby club, games room, a theater which hosts many events and shows, and 50,000 square meters for the green with over 10,000 plants and more than 100 varieties of tree species and you can also play sports and entertainment such as: Fitness, Wellness, Free climbing and Water wars. Also within the park is a working farm with many animals.
