The games room is equipped with a POOL TABLE and TABLE TENNIS table to occupy the kids whilst the adults unwind around the pool. This quiet and friendly village is ideal for families with a local restaurant and bars as well as supermarkets within less than 5 mins walk.
The Villa has a very large plot of land with lots of privacy and plenty of fruit trees and grape vines, ideal for sitting out in the evening having a barbecue or just watching the stars at night.

The Black Sea Coast region
The beaches face east, offering a wonderful view of the sun coming up over the water, and all the resorts are within easy access to Bulgaria's many inland attractions, which include Roman ruins, ancient castles and monasteries, and many vineyards. As the third largest city in Bulgaria and one of the country's most attractive towns, Varna is known as Bulgaria's Seaside Capital and the 'Pearl of the Black Sea Coast'. The town is arranged in tiers along the curve of Varna Bay, and besides being a popular beach resort, it rivals the important cities of Sofia and Plovdiv in its wealth of museums, art galleries, historical buildings and cultural entertainment, and as such is a year-round holiday destination. The 19th-century Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin is an impressive landmark, while the extensive ruins of the Roman Spa in the centre of town constitutes the largest ancient building in Bulgaria, dating back to 1700. White and tender sands and warm waters from June to September go together with a marvellous nature and hundreds of places of interest along the coast.
Varna / Belogradec area
Belogradec is a small friendly village with the locals going out of there way to help you. The village is ideal to "get away from it all". There is a selection of supermarkets and bars. The local restaurant serves good food with an English menu and is open till late. This is a quiet village ideal for those who like to get away from the Hustle and Bustle of the busy centres. SItuated within 10-15 mins drive is Provadiya this Town is quite busy with a big selection of shops, Cafe's, bars and restaurants to choose from.The busy area of Varna is only 35-40 mins drive away where you will find the beaches and shopping malls.
How to get there
Gatwick among others operate a direct flight to Varna which is about 3 hr 20 mins, in the off peak season you can pay as little as £150 return.
The nearest airport is Varna which is 35 mins drive to the Villa. We can arrange for a driver to pick you up and take you to the Villa, there will be a charge payable to the driver. Also with this driver you can arrange car hire once you find your way around the area. This driver also offers a pick up and drop off service if you would like to spend the day out i.e shopping or on the beach.

Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve your booking. The balance in full, is to paid no later than 6 weeks before your arrival. A security deposit of £200, which will be refunded on completion of rental providing there are no damages, also is to paid no later than 6 weeks before your arrival.

Hi Shaun and Josie First of all thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa we enjoyed it, the people next door were very nice bringing Honey and hazel nuts for the 2 children. We will be back later on in June/July for a few weeks will let you know. (Lovely villa renovated to a high standard and keeping the original touch on the out side and very modern in side.) We had a great holiday thank you. The perfect get away from it all break that we really wanted. The villagers were very helpful and although there was a language barrier we managed to get by and seemed to be a source of amusement in the village shop every time we went in.
