Home description
Set in an area forested with beach and pine trees on the hilltops overlooking the city of Varna, TV Tower villa zone provides a peaceful retreat within striking distance of all the areas attractions. The road to the villa is paved, but there is very little traffic and it is very safe for children to explore. Approximately 50 metres from the villa is the local shop which is well stocked with fresh bread, some vegetables, dairy and deli produce, as well as soft and alcoholic drinks, and everything you need for a barbeque. They have a small area with tables and chairs under the trees where the locals come to relax and chat. There are also walks from the villa to the area around the TV tower where you can picnic in peace and quiet with outstanding views of Varna and the Black Sea.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Trakata villa zone is an area on a hillside at the top of Varna that is a popular spot with Bulgarian holiday makers and so has a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars, all of which are extremely low-priced. The closest of these are about 10 minutes walk from the villa. Also 10 minutes walk away is the Vinitsa Go-Karting circuit, which is an extremely popular local attraction. Other local attractions include the Dolphinarium, Zoo and sea-front areas of the Varna Sea Gardens.
Varna / Trakata area
The bus stop just two minutes walk away provides a regular service to the city, the journey time being just 10 minutes. It is also possible to connect locally to the buses to St.Konstantine and Golden Sands. A taxi ride to the city centre should cost no more than 10 leva (€5/£3) and we are friends with drivers working both day and nighttime who are familiar with the villa and will be happy to collect you.

British Airways to Varna 3.5 hrs, Varna is 30mins by taxi from Villa. Try "Opodo" for flights. There are airport transfers from Bourgas airport ( Time approx 2hrs) available through the rental management and also car hire. Try... Balkan Holiday Flights. CharterFlightCentre. Air bg.

Further details indoors: The property itself has a large open plan living area (air conditioned) with fireplace, featuring two large sofas (one converting to a bed), a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and a spacious dining area with seating for 10 people. Two large double French doors open onto the lawned garden with a stunning 8x6m swimming pool which includes a separate fabulous Jacuzzi section, sunbathing and barbeque areas.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two singles (air conditioned). The double room has a door opening onto the verandah which leads to the large outdoor relaxation and dining area with large table and chairs and views of the forest. The relaxation area also has outdoor stairs leading directly to the garden and pool area. Also on this floor is a family bathroom and separate WC. A staircase leads from the hallway to the second floor.
On the second floor there are again two bedrooms (air conditioned). The master bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite shower room and WC, and a terrace with seating and views to the forest. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds.
Further details outdoors: A separate fabulous Jacuzzi section, sunbathing and barbeque areas. There are sun-beds and deckchairs for use around the pool, plus a shaded area to escape from the full sun. The garden is stocked with a selection of fruit trees as well as established grape vines, and you are welcome to help yourselves to the produce on offer.

Smoking is not welcome within this villa, however the covered baloney area is suitable for all smokers to use (Ashtray provided).
