You will be 300 m from the sea and with all the activities less than 5 minutes away . Varna is the most important city on the Bulgarian Coast and the most attractive one for Western people.

Varna has direct flight during the summer season from a lot of european capital continental climate 30 to35°c during the summer season. Monastery are few kms from varna city, varna bay area is around 1 million people so you will find all the activities in such a town.

The nightlife is one of the best place to go and maybe one of the cheapest destination many house's discos , chaiga's discos ( local cultural music), restaurants.

Casinos, mall, shops bars restaurant very close to the flat, jazz festival, contryside lakes.boat, jet-ski rentals....you will have all the commodities next to you, but the flat is in a quiet area. and for any other informations somebody is taking care of all you're booking and advice you for all the information you might need.

There is a really nice dolphinarium in varna, hudge aquatic centre in Golden sands (10 kms).
