This large 5 bedroom holiday rental villa can accommodate large groups and is located close to Varna and the adjacent resorts. The village of Konstantinovo is just 8 miles from Varna and 7 miles to the nearest beach.
The well equipped and tastefully decorated and furnished Villa Sunshine is Surrounded by a wonderful garden with fruit and nut trees, and a large private pool with sunbathing areas. The villa has two kitchens, three bathrooms (one on each floor), air conditioning in the main rooms and two of the five bedrooms, and a large garage to use if you bring your own car. There are large terraces to relax overlooking the pool or countryside.

Varna / Konstantinovo area

You can pick up designer goods here for amazing prices, but for the real bargains head out to shop where the locals do at one of the other shopping areas around the centre, the most popular of these being the Turkish Market, located just down the road from the city’s crowning glory, the orthodox Holy Virgin Cathedral.

Further details outdoors: Airport transfers to Konstantinovo take only around 20 minutes. The village is served by a regular bus service to Varna, allowing connections onwards to the resorts. For maximum convenience and to make the most of your time in Bulgaria, we recommend you hire a car to allow you to explore the area.
Just a couple of minutes outside the village, located on the shore of Varna Lake, is the “Zvesditsa Complex” which offers a restaurant, horse riding, fishing, archery and a target range. About 20 minutes drive away is the Kamchiya nature reserve, with wild beaches and the opportunity to take boat trips along the river. The Eko-ark at Venelin is also close to here and allows you to sample first-hand the joys of Bulgarian village life.
