Home description
The villa is set in a commanding position on its own with stunning 180 degree views over the Black Sea and is surrounded by grape vines. Private gates and own private children's and adult pools. The villa has three floors with a mix of tiles, and wood flooring. There are 4 large bedrooms with a mixture of double beds, single beds,and a set of bunks, in addition to this there is 2 single chair beds, all bedrooms have en suite. Outside is seating for 8 and 4 sunbeds. The large coastline, beautiful forest, and warm sea calm waters offer excellent conditions and recreation on the town coast which makes this a perfect relaxing and recreational holiday destination.

The Black Sea Coast region
Founded in the 3rd century Byala has an interesting history, remains of an ancient fortress can still be viewed, and the historical white cliffs hence the name( Byala,”white”) that surround the secluded sandy beaches. The white rocks are famous in Byala and are of world importance and are said to have discovered the secret reason for the termination of the dinosaurs era and the begining of the human development.
Byala really does offer a wide range of wonderful opportunities for recreation for everyone
Varna / Byala area
Byala is famous for its crystal blue sea and soft sandy beaches and its thriving wine industry, one special white wine which is made locally is Dimyat.
Many tourists who have visited Byala compare it to the French Riviera with wonderful views to the sea. Entertainment can be found at anyone of the local bars and restaurants, here you can sample some of the fresh fish that the local fisherman catch daily. A further 5 km is the lively resort of Obzor where you will find the nightclubs!
How to get there
Fly to Varna or Bourgas, Byala is 55 mins from each. Airport pickups can be arranged. Car hire can be arranged Bus run regularly to all main resorts on the Black Sea Coast

Dear Jill & Derren,
We are writing to let you know what a great holiday we have just returned from at your villa in Byala.The villa itself is stunning, it exceeded our expectations in every way possible, the location is perfect with breathtaking views of the sea, beach and grapevines, it is not over looked in any way which was great. The attention to detail in the villa was fantastic, the finish is very high spec with every bedroom being an en suite + a wet room downstairs, the air conditioning was brilliant and quiet (so we could sleep peacefully) - we were totally spoilt! It just had everything we needed. The pools were bigger than we'd imagined and we definitely made the most of these! If anyone is tempted by your villa from the photos on the website they will not be disappointed, personally I don't think they do it justice. The contact/s you gave us in Byala were great, Dobremeir was such a helpful guy, upon arrival he was at the house to greet us together with his mum (the house keeper) which made us feel very relaxed and very welcome - he also organised any excursions we required with no problems and was only a phonecall away if we needed him. I would recommend anyone staying in Byala to explore the village and try the different restaurants & bars, we found some lovely places all of whom welcomed children & the biggest bonus of this holiday were the prices - to eat out was SO CHEAP, there were 10 of us in our party a nd for us all to eat and drink plenty would cost anywhere between £40 and £60 english pounds - which is unbelieveable - yes beer really is 55p a pint! - We are still trying to adjust to the prices now we are back home!!
Forgot to mention the weather was great 90's every day but with a lovely sea breeze at the villa it was very comfortable indeed.
I hope your other guests enjoy their holiday as much as we did.
