Almar is a lovey villa all renovated all rooms have air con tvs dvds, tea and coffee,the top floor has a large family room where beds or cots can be put ,There is a twin room on the same floor so a family are all together, there are fantastic views of the coast and country side from the terrace, there is a sun lounge on the same floor. We have twin & double rooms on the ground floor with shower room and WC ,There is a lovely terrace and not to many stairs.Almar is a quiet and relaxing place to relax and if you want to party there are many discos and clubs in Varna.The beaches stretch all round the coast and they are stunning and quiet, for fishing or just relaxing Rakitnika is a lovely quiet village with a few shops cum bar coffee shops. There is a local bus into Varna every hour every day. There is a snack bar on the beach they serve alcohol and bar snacks fish whitebait which is delicious. There are beaches on the way to Galata with small restaurants which are very good and a very reasonable. Asparuchovo is a nice little village where you can buy what ever you need there are coffee shops fruit markets butchers, a pharmacy a medical centre and a new doctors surgery . We serve a full English Breakfast if you choose the B/B option, try our Roast dinnersBBQ Nights .Meals can be booked at breakfast for the evening. We also do a laundry service. bedrooms are none smoking The villa is non smoking but you may smoke in the bar or outside.

The Black Sea Coast region
The area of the villa is on the black sea coast with beaches near by and woodland. the village is a quiet place where many Bulgarians live and have there holiday homes.We have four seasons, The air is very fresh and the temperature is very good in summer we have lovely springs, cold winters last year was very mild.There are many fruit trees in the village on the road side , just walk by and pick a pear,apple, cherrys ,plums, and nuts.
Varna / Rakitnika area
The city of Varna has many places to visit. The Sea Gardens is a wonderful park with many attractions for children and older fun rides boating lakes coffee bars restaurants THERE IS A DOLPHINS FANTASTIC TO SEE. ALSO MANY MUSEUMS NAVEL, ARCHAEOGY ,NATURAL SCIENCE , THERE ARE ROMAN BATHS.. THERE ARE ALSO MANY NIGHT CLUBS, CASINOS AND THE SHOPPING IS VERY GOOD AND CHEAP. There is a Kartin track , paintballing and many more things to keep you busy , or just relax around the pool with a cold long drink.

The Bar has TV .DVD Satellite TV CD/ DVD/ BOOK Library.Dart Board and Games The Bar will be stocked if required and charged at the end of you stay.The bar is also stocked with all crockery and utensils for your BBQ or alfresco dining
Further details outdoors: Lovely mature garden, swimming pool. BBQ ,,gazebo at bottom of garden for peace and quiet also a gazebo outside the summer kitchen for Evening Dining and when it gets too hot, just watch the birds and the wild life.and relax with a cool drink. There are loungers around the pool and in the shade A,Garden swing and hammock.,garden games, many fruit trees just help yourself you have to taste our peaches (BUT YOU HAVE TO WEAR A BIB AS THEY ARE SO JUICY) You can lounge around the garden and pool or take a bike ride or have a walk to the beach and the restaurant you have to taste the fish. we have fishing rods and bikes also for 2009 we have a boat you can hire. We also have car hire.

YOU CAN BOOK ALMAR VILLA FOR YOUR SOLE PARTY USE y please email for details. We require a 20% none refundable deposit to confirm your bookings , remainder must be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. A security deposit of 300GBP (400euro) which will be refunded on completion of rental of the villa providing there are no damages, also is to be paid no later then 6 WEEKS before your arrival . There is an owners separate accommodation which can be used for larger parties.At an extra cost. The pool will be looked after Daily by the owner and the garden watered also each day in the summer. the owner will also be near by if required for assistance as if we will stay in our Bungalow.
