Home description

This villa is brand new for the Summer 2007 season, and has been completed, equipped and furnished to a very high standard. The owners have added a swimming pool as well as a large patio extension to provide ample room for sunbathing al fresco dining.

The villa sits in a slightly elevated position providing open panoramic views across to the hillside and forests opposite. You can quite easily spend the whole day here and lose yourself in the tranquility of the location, but it is just as easy to hop into a car and you can reach Varna or the beach resorts of Golden Sands and St.Constantine in around 20 minutes.

There is also a local bus service to Varna, where you can spend your days exploring the sights and shops, or connect with the other regular bus services to the resorts and other towns such as Balchik. Alternatively you can ask the villa's management company to arrange taxis for you.

The village itself is "traditionally Bulgarian" - you will see the locals cruising the streets on their donkeys and chickens scratching about and enjoying their own local delecacies. There are a handful of shops selling general provisions, a cafe and a traditional "Mehaxa" (or tavern) selling salads and a range of home cooked foods.

Just off the main pedestrian thoroughfare is the "Stariya Dobrich" (Old Dobrich) area, where historic nineteenth-century houses line cobbled streets and craftsmen demonstrate their traditional trades.

- a spacious open-plan living room, with comfortable seating centred around a fireplace and TV (the sofa converts to a queen-size bed should you need it)

- a kitchen area with breakfast bar, full range of appliances (dishwasher, cooker, microwave etc.) and fully equipped
- door leading out to the terrace area
- storage room including washing machine

FIRST FLOOR:

- two large bedrooms (one twin, one double) with modern, comfortable furniture and plenty of storage
- a large terrace/balcony accessible from both bedrooms, with FANTASTIC VIEWS!!
- sun-block blinds to keep the heat out or allow you to take a siesta during the day
