Varna City can be reached in 15 minutes by taking a local bus (around 20 pence each way) or taxi. At the top of this luxuriously finished property is a huge sun terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views towards Varna Bay and beyond, with the coastline stretching as far as Balchik and the Kaliakra peninsula. Swim in your own pool or just laze on one of the many sun loungers around the garden the panoramic views of the Black Sea, is where you can watch the ships and yachts set sail across part of the former Byzantine Empire.

Further details indoors: It is a very bright and airy house with an enormous 12x9m living room, excellent modern fully fitted kitchen (including fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and breakfast bar), and separate dining area with seating for 8-10 people. There are no less than 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, currently arranged as Master Bedroom with en suite (own balcony), 1 double with twin beds (Balcony Sea views), 1 Sofa bed with additional twin beds (Balcony Sea views), and one twin bedroom. Additionally there is a sofa bed in the Living Room.
Further details outdoors: The villa is set in its private garden with plenty of quality outdoor seating and sun loungers. There is a also a purpose built barbeque.
