Varna is an old city first called Odessos by the ancient Greeks. The first European civilisation started here thousands of years ago with the tracians and still is a city of warmth , rest on the one site and lots of activity on the other site.
Getting around to visit sights is relatively easy on foot, or alternatively, buses and taxis are frequent and cheap. The stunning Sea Gardens are a "must-see". These tree-lined, well maintained gardens stretch parallel with the beach for miles, and with its public footpaths and eye-catching scenery, they make it a hugely popular stroll for locals and visitors alike. For the cultured visitor there is an abundance of museums, galleries and roman ruins. Furthermore, you can visit the main tourist attractions by foot and enjoy interesting buildings and museums without having to take any means of transport - Sports Hall, Dolphinarium, Navy University, Zoo, the War Memorial (Pantheon) and the biggest Sea Garden on the Balcan Peninsula (400,000 sq.m.). If your aim is to visit not just Varna, don't worry because there are many bus stops very close to the building.

There are daily direct flights to Varna airport. The airport is 10 min driving from the apartment.(6 euro with taxi) Car rental. Our V8 5,2L 4x4 Jeep, grand cherokee. Or across the street you will find a car rental company.
