The property has two separate luxury furnished apartments, each one consisting of a living room and dining area with kitchen and two bedrooms each with separate bathrooms. Private pool and big garden. This detached villa is situated at the Black sea coast just a few minutes away from a small beach.

Among the attractions you may find is an aqua park, planetarium, aquarium, dolphinarium, zoo, many museums and art galleries.
The villa is located on the main coast road Varna-Golden Sands, close to Euxinograd Palace. In the famous resorts 'Golden sands' (10 km) and 'St. Konstantin & Helena' (2 km) you can find beautiful beaches, plenty of restaurants, pubs and clubs, different types of entertainment and leisure and sports activities. Opposite the road is hotel-restaurant Trakata next to which is the bus stop. At five min drive from the villa is the centre of Varna.

Further details indoors: It consists of two identical apartments with separate entrances. Both are fully-equipped and luxury furnished. Downstairs are both living rooms. Each living rooms has a dining area and a kitchen, nicely furnished with a sofa and a small table, cable TV, air-condition and a dining table with chairs. The kitchens is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. Upstairs each apartment has two spacious bedrooms with separate bathrooms.
Further details outdoors: Outside there is a lovely big garden with separate lawns. The garden is quiet and tranquil and it is perfect for various outdoor activities. There is a dining table with seating and a barbecue which are situated close to the swimming pool. There is a separate green area especially designed for children and they love it! There is plenty of space to play.
Conditions
We are ready to assist our guests with anything they may need 24 hours per day. We live next door to the villa and we do our best to ensure our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. We offer our guest meeting at the airport on arrival and taking them back to the airport on departure. We offer them information about the city and provide them with city guides or any other information they may need. We arrange car rentals, taxi and any other services they may require. A daily maid service on request.
