This is a five bedroom villa which can accommodate large families or groups, offering spacious accommodation with all modern conveniences to help you enjoy your holiday. The villa has a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, TV and air conditioning, each of the bedrooms are also air conditioned. There are two bathrooms with shower and WC and off road parking with a garage. Outside there is a large 500sq.m garden, the centre piece of which is the big swimming pool, there are pool lights for a night time dip and steps are built into the pool..great for just sitting on to cool off! There are also plenty of sun beds on the large patio area around the pool. The garden is lawned and there are grape vines and a selection of fruit trees (help yourself!) Finally, you can enjoy alfresco dining in the outdoor "summer kitchen" which is a covered eating area with a built in barbecue.

The Black Sea Coast region
Varna is a lively cosmopolitan city on the black sea coast with a population of 700.000 which can double during the summer season.
The opera house which is in the centre of Varna stages some excellent and often alternative events, surrounded by great shops and a variety of restaurants. Varna is great for shopping, enjoying a street cafe lifestyle, and for visiting cultural attractions like the excellent archaeological museum, Roman remains and the various art galleries.
There are endless sandy beaches including the lively resort of Golden sands and the laid back serenity of Sunny Day beach. The sea gardens in Varna stretch for miles and house an outdoor theatre, children's amusements, glorious gardens and walks and plenty of great restaurants and bars.
The Varna / Trakata area
The peaceful Trakata villa zone is an area on the hillside at the top of Varna, which is a popular area with Bulgarian holiday makers and so has a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars, all of which are very competitively priced. The closest of these are about 10 mins walk from the villa also 10 mins walk away is the Vinitsa go-carting circuit, which is an extremely popular local attraction. The airport at Varna is approximately 20 mins drive from the villa, the villa is also just minutes drive from the beaches of St. Constantine and Sunny Day resorts, and the major attractions in the centre of Varna.
