The modern duplex property is ideal for holiday stays with a contemporary style open plan living area decorated to beautiful standard with pretty and warm colour schemes and modern furnishings which include a sofa, SAT TV and dining area to the living and dining area and a neutral fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave and all the other desired appliances, cooking utensils and crockery.

French doors from the living area open out to a fabulous lake view garden with fantastic alfresco dining area and a flat sunny lawn for children to enjoy!

The sleeping accommodation is versatile and suits a family with young children. A fabulous master bedroom with high beamed ceilings and a private lake view balcony is ideal for a romantic retreat away from other guests and a second lovely bedroom with two single junior size beds is perfect for children.

The double sofa bed to the living room can also be used to accommodate additional guests if required.
The property boasts two newly fitted bathrooms and a washing machine is provided for guests’ convenience.

Guests can enjoy the resident lake view facilities which include a fabulous outdoor swimming pool with views over charming church spires and townhouse and across the breathtaking lake towards the western
Tremezzina shore.

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region

The Italian Lakes are a little slice of paradise. Elegant ribbons of blue water stretch out ahead, folded into the sun-baked foothills, with a spectacular back drop of the snow-capped Alps.

Lake Como offers hidden treasures just waiting for the visitor to discover them: charming corners forgotten by time, lakeside villages where nothing seems to have changed for centuries.

It is steeped in history with an immense collection of churches, architectural masterpieces and works of art covering the centuries. The lake is situated in a basin surrounded by wooded mountains, and offers an extremely varied landscape, with its' shores featuring a succession of pastures, and woods as well as harsh and impressive rock formations.

All this alongside elegant, lakeside villas with sub-tropical gardens, which provide a haven of peace and tranquility and chic resorts such as Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio and Como itself.

Warming, inspiring and graced with natural beauty, the lakes are still a place to draw breath and wonder. Lake Como, oriented north-south, ringed by characterful old villages often wedged onto
narrow beaches between rugged cliffs and water. Those classic lake images of flower strewn balconies, Baroque gardens and splendid waterside villas can be found here in abundance. Dotted around and between the lakes are some of Italy's finest art cities, such as Milan, Verona & Bergamo.

The most romantic and picturesque villages on the lake are Santa Maria Rezzonico, Varenna (15 min by ferry) & Bellagio (8 min by ferry), Lenno (visit Villa Balbianello, location for 007's Casino Royale as well as Villa Gaeta, right here in Menaggio) & Laglio (where George Clooney owns Villa Oleandra).

The Varenna / Regoledo area

From its hillside location guests can reach the resort town of Varenna in 10 minutes by car, where a beautiful resort town awaits! Explore the cobbled ancient passageways, lakefront cafes and restaurants and the pretty shops. At night time a romantic spell falls on the town with its charming wine bars, beautiful restaurants and tranquil vistas providing the perfect place to take in with a loved one.

The famous botanical gardens of Villa Monastero and the medieval Castello di Vezio are local attractions to visit and the town enjoys an accessible location on the Lake with a car and passenger ferry service to Bellagio, Cadenabbia and Menaggio and a convenient Lecco-Milan train service.

Bellagio is also a fabulous resort town to explore and shopping enthusiasts will enjoy the jewellery, designer and local craft shops. Villa Melzi also boasts some beautiful lake front gardens and adventure seekers can enjoy the Jungle Raider Park and the quad biking, horse riding and paragliding available to visitors on the Bellagio hillside.

Menaggio boasts kayaking, a Lido, quad bike tours, the prestigious Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club and tennis courts in Loveno. Nearby sailing and boat hire can also be enjoyed and provide the perfect way to see Lake Como!

Making a Booking:

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
