Internally the accommodation boasts a spacious open plan living room with sitting area with SAT TV and DVD player for guests entertainment. A modern fully fitted kitchen provides all the desired appliances for an enjoyable self-catering stay including a gas oven hob, microwave and dishwasher. A dining area is perfect for dinner parties and the fabulous private garden is perfect for alfresco dining, with a BBQ and wonderful lake views!

The villa also provides guests with 3 modern fully fitted bathrooms and a washing machine for maximum convenience during your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is situated on the opposite side of the road to Varenna-Esino train station.

The Varenna / Perledo area

The picturesque centre is very popular with visitors who come to explore the ‘Portofino of Lake Como’ with its pretty pastel coloured townhouses which lead up ancient cobbled streets to the medieval quarter with its tree-lined piazza and utterly charming shop and cafe lined streets which lead past churches and breathtaking lake vistas.

The idyllic lakefront with its small harbour, its scenic walkway with floral displays and charming lakefront restaurants which lead along cobbled streets to wine bars and fine hotel restaurants paint a highly romantic scene for any visitor and the town also boasts the visitor attractions of Villa Monastero with its famous botanical gardens and the medieval Castello di Vezio.

A car and passenger ferry port operates from the town to the other famous ‘golden triangle’ towns of Bellagio and Menaggio and a convenient train station also runs a frequent Lecco-Milan service.

Central lake activities include swimming, cycling, tennis, golf, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, kayaking, paragliding and skiing.

Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.

Making a Booking:

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
