This award-winning, 2600 sq. ft. home is luxuriously furnished with modern amenities and surrounded by views of British Columbia's Coastal Mountains. The Dutch Colonial style of this professionally decorated 3-bedroom and 3.5 bathroom heritage home was lovingly maintained throughout a complete renovation in 2007. Updated to offer you modern amenities such as wireless internet, in-floor bathroom heating, pillow-top mattresses, and flat-panel televisions in each bedroom, Haddon House provides the perfect setting for your corporate retreat or family vacation. All three bedrooms are elegantly furnished with a king or queen size bed, plush armchairs and air conditioning. There are three bathrooms, two of which are en suite, as well as a powder room off the main floor.
In the library you will find a host of tourist information; a desk with phone, laptop, printer and wireless internet access; as well as a kitchenette area. On the main floor, the dining and living rooms seat 8 guests comfortably, with a baby grand piano, handsome fireplace and beautiful garden views. Cooks will delight in the gourmet kitchen spaciously designed with a professional range, stainless steel appliances and a cozy breakfast nook. Enjoy the vast rear deck outfitted with a natural gas barbecue and plenty of seating area. There is ample room for parking and the estate-sized gardens are lush, yet useable.

Drive a short 5 minutes to British Columbia's largest shopping mall, or park your car for the day and take a 15-minute Skytrain ride into the heart of Vancouver's downtown.
While you vacation at Haddon House you’re free to have exclusive use of all the home has to offer. There is a separate self-contained hosts' suite in the basement, permitting the hosts to offer you additional complimentary concierge services, if desired. How to get there
Highway 1 (Trans-Canada Highway) Take the Canada Way/ Kensington exit 33 southbound toward Canada Way. Turn slight left onto Canada Way. Turn right onto Burris Street and right onto Buckingham Avenue.
Canada/US Border Interstate 5 (I-5) becomes Hwy 99. Take Hwy 99 northbound following signs to Vancouver. Once on the Oak Street bridge, take the Marine Drive Eastbound exit. Follow Marine Drive through Vancouver and turn left onto Boundary Road. Turn right onto Canada Way. Turn right onto Burris Street and then right onto Buckingham Avenue.
Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal Follow Hwy 17 to Hwy 99 North. Take exit 28 and head north on Hwy 99 to Vancouver. Take the Marine Drive Eastbound exit off the Oak Street bridge. Follow Marine Drive through Vancouver. Turn left onto Boundary Road and then right onto Canada Way. Turn right onto Burris Street and then right onto Buckingham Avenue.
Vancouver International Airport Take Grant McConachie Way following sign to Vancouver/Marine Drive East. Take the Marine Drive East exit and continue eastbound on Marine Drive through Vancouver. Turn left onto Boundary Road and then right onto Canada Way. Turn right onto Burris Street and then right onto Buckingham Avenue.
Nanaimo/Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal Exit terminal onto Hwy 1 East. Take exit 33 southbound toward Canada Way. Turn slight left onto Canada Way. Turn right onto Burris St, and right onto Buckingham Ave.
