- This is a non-smoking property
- A deposit of $500 is due and payable to secure your booking, and the balance is payable six weeks before the start of the rental
- A security deposit of $650.00 is required with the balance and will be refunded in full, if you return the suite to us in a clean and undamaged condition, otherwise we will deduct a cleaning fee of $100 and/or charges for damaged or missing inventory
- There is no refund for early check out or holiday cancellation but we will rebook for a different time if possible
- It is recommended that you purchase cancellation and medical insurance

Brigadoon in Summer We spent a month in this great little apartment when we moved to Canada. A brilliant Summer - bit hot when we arrived at 34 deg c. Excellent place close to town and also very self contained. Many thanks to Fran and Alan for making our arrival so hospitable.
