The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights During the 2010 Vancouver Olympics the price for this property is negotiable based on the length of term requested. This property is also available for $10,000 CAD / month June to September, $7,500 CAD / month for April to May and October and $6,000 CAD / month from November to March. First payment is a deposit of 50% of the rent plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are pre-authorized and are charged only if deemed necessary. Credit card or Bank Transfer, Visa, MasterCard and American Express is permissible for the deposit, Certified Cheque, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Bank Transfer is permissible for the balance due.
