We are only minutes away from the ferry terminal offering the opportunity to explore Vancouver Island,the Sunshine Coast and Bowen Island, there are endless options for day trips from our location.
Our property is a luxuriously appointed home, only 10 minutes drive to many local attractions,such as the seawalk along the West Vancouver waterfront,an array of excellent casual and fine dining establishments and interesting speciality shops and boutiques. Shopping for the essentials, groceries, pharmacy, etc, are 5 minutes away. The townhome is located in an area of panoramic views of sea, islands and mountains.

From our home you can easily visit Stanley Park, home of the Vancouver Aquarium ,enjoy a fantastic sea walk around the park and take in theatre under the stars!. You can visit Granville Island where you will see the local farmers market and lots of artisans demonstrating their arts and crafts.
If shopping is on the agenda West Vancouver offers many speciality stores and boutiques or visit Robson Street in Vancouver. If you are interested in aboriginal and cultural exhibits try the Museum of Anthropology. On the North Shore where we are situated you can go to the Capilano Suspension bridge and experience the splendour of the west coast rain forest, or take the gondola up to the top of Grouse Mountain and enjoy breath taking views along with a light refreshment or a full lunch or dinner in the restaurant.
If you like Shakespeare with a twist take in Bard on the Beach, Shakespeare with nature as the backdrop. For children there are lots of attractions, the aquarium, science world, waterparks, swimming in the ocean or in local pools and aquatic centres.
There are lots of day trip options including Victoria on Vancouver Island, Harrison Hot Springs and Whistler. Locally West Vancouver has Canada Day celebrations with fireworks ( July1 ) , Harmony Arts Festival, (August long weekend )and the Salmon Festival in early September. Further details indoors: Seahaven, a west coast style architecture complex, is a relatively new building . Completed in November of 2004, there is an enclosed two car garage, all the appliances are top of the line, the finishing is high end with maple kitchen and bathroom cabinets and granite counter tops.There are hardwood floors on two of the levels. There are three balconies one on each floor to sit outside and take in the views.
Every room in our unit offers uncompromised views over Howe Sound. The 2400 square foot home has three floors, the top level is an open plan living area, the two additional levels offer completely private bedroom and sitting rooms, which is ideal for two couples sharing ,each couple having their own private floor and full bathroom.
Alternatively,a family where mum and dad can have their privacy in the master suite on the second floor with the children on their own level with their own bedroom and lounge to enjoy. The third level bedroom can be configured with twin beds or a double, the twin beds could be moved into the lounge on the third level to accommodate 2 additional guests.
When staying at Seahaven, you can commune with nature or enjoy the action of the city life, or enjoy the best of both!
Further details outdoors: Although the accommodation is luxurious our setting is in a development situated on 100 acres of mountainside. Eagles nest in the area and can be easily spotted all year round in the summer many other birds including hummingbirds are around the complex.
