This Yaletown townhouse is steps from the seawall, one block to the Canada Line rapid transit to the airport, a short walk to downtown shops, theatres and sporting venues. It is just two blocks to the fine dining of Yaletown's famed restaurant district and a block from Vancouver's finest grocery store, banks, medical offices and all the conveniences we associate with city living at its best.
The accommodation is 1280 square feet big. On the main floor is a living and dining room, kitchen, powder room, laundry and home office. There is a sofa bed, two reclining chairs, gas fireplace, TV and stereo system, a dining table that can be expanded to seat eight, and a piano. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with TV, two full bathrooms and a large walk-in closet. Free unlimited wireless internet access is accessible throughout the unit. The townhouse is entered at street level by way of a raised patio, or through a private secure garage off the complex's underground parkade.
The residence is part of a high security complex, which includes a large swimming-pool, hot tub, fully equipped gym, meeting rooms and third floor garden, all of which are available to guests at no extra charge.
