The Master bedroom has a very comfortable superior quality queen-size bed, large closet, with view overlooking the patio. There is a very well appointed full bath and shower. Very comfortably sleeps 3 with one on double pull-out sofa bed. (Sleeps 4, max.)

Very close to The University of British Columbia. The address is 4479 West 10th Avenue, Suite 206, located in one of Vancouver's most prestigious residential neighbourhoods. Very quiet. First-class restaurants, bistros, boutiques, deli's, shops, services are all within steps of the building.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT: To confirm your reservation the following is required:
1. Completed REGISTRATION FORM (forwarded by email upon inquiry). 2. PAYMENT – PAYMENT IN FULL REQUIRED at time of booking for reservations of 14 nights or less. For reservations of 15 nights or more 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED at time of booking, with BALANCE DUE 60 days prior to arrival. If your stay is within 60 days of arrival full payment is due at time of booking. 3. SECURITY DEPOSIT ($300) - see below. 4. Goods and Services Tax (GST) – 5% 5. Payment by VISA or MasterCard.
POLICIES:
1. SECURITY DEPOSIT - $300 is required with reservation to offset damage to the condo which includes any excess wear and tear, dirt, stains on the floors, rugs, furniture, and linens; any garbage or litter left in the condo; dirty dishes; excess laundry (more than 2 loads); missing or broken items; additional charges. We will gladly fully refund your security deposit provided there is no damage or additional charges. PLEASE LEAVE OUR CONDO IN SAME CONDITION AS FOUND UPON ARRIVAL. 2. ADDITIONAL CHARGES – Excess departure cleaning, lost key $50; bath, face, or hand towels lost or rendered useless by make-up or soiling $25; bedding rendered useless by staining or soiling-replacement cost; lost remote garage door opener $50. 3. EXTRA GUESTS – Rates are based on double occupancy. $50 per night additional charge per person for extra guests (3rd & 4th.). Maximum persons FOUR. 4. CHECK IN/OUT - Check-In time after 3 PM; Check-Out time 11 AM. 5. NO SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED. 6. CANCELLATION - 60 day cancellation notice is required. A one night cancellation fee will be collected on all cancellations. If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, no refunds unless we can re-rent the condo, in which case pro-rata refund.

We spent many hours walking at the Spanish Banks and preferred it to Stanley Park. Laura has wonderful recommendations for local food and entertainment and was spot on for all of them. Not only is the condo in top-notch brand-new shape, but it is also very modern and stocked with all the kitchen supplies we needed and a spacious balcony. Laura was waiting for us at the building when we arrived and welcomed us. Laura was very helpful and undstanding. I wish hotel check-in was so efficient. The TV with DVD player, stereo and internet connection proved very useful (just as right now I'm leaving message in the condo.) It was a great pleasure to stay in the in the Avenue so close to UBC and all of Point Grey amenities (safeway, starbucks, and many other variety stores close by.) And we sure appreciated the underground secured parking on the days we are staying. Definitely beats any hotel on quality/value and we stayed at Vancouver's best.
