A deposit of $500 is due and payable to secure your booking, and the balance is payable thirty days before the start of the rental. We accept Visa and Mastercard .
A security deposit of $500.00 is required with the balance in (MC/Visa) and will be refunded in full, if you return the suite to us in a clean and undamaged condition, otherwise we will deduct a cleaning fee of $100 and/or charges for damaged or missing inventory.
There is no refund for early check out. No refund for Holiday cancellation. We will gladly rebook for a different time. We highly recommend that you purchase cancellation and medical insurance.
