The local scenery is spectacular with majestic mountains overlooking the waters of Burrard Inlet and the beaches of English Bay. The mountains of North Vancouver which are a short drive across the Lions Gate Bridge from Stanley Park offer extensive hiking trails in the summer and ski runs in the Winter. Season Changeover Dates are listed on the table above. However, the following is a more comprehensive guide:
HIGH SEASON = June, July, August and September. Also Christmas/New Year, and any period including all or part of the long Easter weekend.
MID SEASON = March, April, May and October, (excluding Easter).
LOW SEASON = All other dates - January, February, November and December, (excluding Christmas and New Year).
All bookings are subject to a Booking / Security Deposit of £100.
The Rental Sum is payable 2 calendar months prior to the date of occupancy, or immediately if the booking is made within 2 calendar months of intended occupancy.
**** CANCELLATION POLICY.
Cancellations are permitted. If Cancellation occurs within 2 calendar months of intended occupancy, any Rental Sum already paid by that time will be refunded in full. HOWEVER, the Booking/Security Deposit will be forfeited.
