If you like a comfortable, large villa with all it's conveniences, set in a quiet place with easy access to night life, beach and shops, this is the place for you. A large family or even two families sharing would be very comfortable in the villa and the price is very attractive.
The villa is semi detached, luxurious and very large. It is built in a light modern style with traditional French terracotta coloured facade. The three free aspects of the house are facing East, South and West giving a bright and sunny garden throughout the day.
The villa is set in a residential area of Valras-Plage ensuring the piece and quiet that you deserve during your holiday. Shops, beaches, restaurants and nightlife is not more than 5-10 minutes walk away, giving you the maximum comfort without the need of a car during your stay. Should you have one or more cars, no problem. They can easily be parked on the driveway, in the garage or on the street in front of the house.

Indoor dining area for 8 people and a separate breakfast area for 8 people. Outside dining area for 8. You will not run out of space!
All rooms in the property are spacious and the number of advertised guests that can stay is an understatement. Eight adults are very comfortable in the four bedrooms offered.
All rooms are decorated in a fresh and light Mediterranean style and the floors are tiled. Majority of the windows have white wooden shutters which are very much needed in the Mediterranean sun.
The mix of Terracotta and Oak woodwork shows a truly genuine high standard throughout.

The garden is mainly paved and has numerous of colourful Mediterranean flowerbeds and mature palm trees.
The Dining patio - Located on the South-East side of the villa allowing secluded and sunny breakfasts and is the preferred choice for other outdoor meals. The area is accessed from the villa thru the kitchen or lounge giving it full use throughout the day. There is a purpose built BBQ stall with running water in one of the corners of this patio.
The Pool patio - Located on the South-West side of the villa is the pool patio which is sunny throughout the day. The patio holds a number of deckchairs, sun beds and a table with chairs. This area is mainly used for sunbathing and access the pool, but is also perfect for snacks and drinks during the day. An easily accessible covered, outdoor shower is located near the pool.
The Pool - is large for being in a private house, measuring 5 x 10 meters. The rectangular pool's depth range from 1.2 m to 2.3 m, deep enough to dive into from the diving board. The gates to the pool has double, childproof locks. Spotlights throughout the patio and the pool gives a very pretty and romantic light during the night.
The Villa - is fenced all around except of cause for the separate gates for walkway and car access. This an important comfort factor for the families with children.

Children are very much welcome. There is one cot, one high chair and a changing table. Linen for the baby are not provided.

Valras-Plage is one of the unspoilt holiday destinations on the French Mediterranean South Coast, conveniently located between Montpellier and Perpignan. Béziers is the nearest city only 15 km away. Valras-plage is a town on a beach that stretches for over 4 kilometres of golden sands

Make sure not to miss out on the interesting shopping experiences that is in the area. You will find that there are exciting Open Markets, Covered Markets, Antique shops and even Supermarkets. Local Wine shops, often at the growers themselves

Many countries can fly via Ryanair direct to Perpignan which is about 95km away from the villa.

ADA and UCAR is recommended if you want to rent a car during your stay if you want to have a good priced car.
