The house is furnished in modern style with outside furniture used in the garden and terraces. There is a fireplace which uses logs and wood. The rooms are spacious and airy. Besides the sitting/lounge area on the ground floor there is a toilet/wash room and a utility room. The kitchen is attached to the lounge and benefits from views of the surrounding countryside and neighbours gardens.

The Andalucia region
Granada benefits from a warm dry climate. It is a paradise for walkers and hikers and those seeking the seaside, as all are options in this area. Winters can be cold and snowy and this offers opportunities for ski-ing nearby.
It is in open countryside and walks are delightful.
There is an abundance of local fruit and vegetables. The village has a open air pool during the months of July and August.
This lovely property is situated within the village of Valor which is situated in the Alpujarras area of Andalucía in southern Spain which is famed for its white, Moorish villages. Válor’s claim to fame is that it is the birthplace of Aben Humeya, the notorious Morisco rebel (also known as Hernando de Córdoba y Válor), who led the 1568 revolt against the Christians.
Válor is situated in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains at the eastern end of the Alpujarras. It is a typical, picturesque Spanish village with plenty of amenities such as shops, bars, B&B’s and restaurants. The village is surrounded by terraced farm land & there are several attractive and well-signposted walks starting from the village itself.
