This duplex penthouse has wooden flooring throughout and luxuriously finished. The design style is minimalistic and modern yet still warm with the wood flooring and soft furnishings. Both double beds are 1.6 x 2m and are set-up with white linen, quilts, mattress cover and extra pillows. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per person are also provided.

30% to be paid by bank transfer or paypal upon confirmation. Balance to be paid upon arrival. A €100 security/ guarantee is also to be paid in cash upon arrival and this is refunded following property inspection at departure.

The Valletta / Central Valletta area
Valletta is a UNESCO Heritage City and is full of historic attractions.
Your stay will not be just limited to Valletta and you will have access to the whole of the island. Valletta is also rather quiet and peaceful at night hence you will find yourself venturing off to other towns such as Sliema and St. Julians.
A day trip to the island of Gozo is also recommended. For golfers, The Royal Malta Golf Club is located in Marsa just 10 minutes drive from Valletta.

Apartment was in a fantastic location in Valletta with the most amazing views. Sunset at night was incredible with the sky a different colour every few minutes. Valletta is full of history and charm with great restaurants and the famous Cafe Cordina just up the road. Cakes there are to die for. Food in Malta is superb and enormous meals wherever you go. Valletta is quiet at night and extremely safe. Loved every part of Valletta. The apartment has a large balcony area with BBQ facility. Great for "Happy Hour" at night. We were met at the airport by a driver who is familiar with the location of apartment and the housekeeper Ruth was waiting for us on arrival. Ruth was very helpful as my husband's luggage was lost and she was happy to accept phone calls on our behalf re expected delivery time of luggage etc. Free wi-fi in room was a plus along with laundry facilities. There is a lift to apartment otherwise you can tackle the stairs. Spiral staircase separates two floors of the apartment. Great having a powder room upstairs. Ony downside was the furnishings are a little tired now and apartment was not exceptionally clean. |

A 30% deposit of the rental rate is payable at the time of your booking and the balance is paid in cash upon arrival. Deposit payments can be made by credit card at no extra charge to a secure Paypal account. Deposit payment by bank transfer is also possible. The balance is to be paid upon arrival.
For stays less than a week, full advance payment is required.
