This beautiful, recently renovated, boutique alpine chalet combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary styling for a wonderful holiday in the mountains. Arranged over 3 floors, this stunning chalet feels spacious and airy with a huge lounge, floor to ceiling windows and stunning panoramic views of the mountains and waterfall from the balcony. There are 6 fully ensuite bedrooms including the original 'cave' which has been restored into a fabulous bedroom with quirky alcoves and curved ceilings.
This is the ideal destination for a peaceful relaxing holiday or one packed with activities. Being right in the middle of the Paradiski (La Plagne & Les Arcs), all the traditional alpine sports are offered during the winter and in the summer a host of activities from white water rafting to mountain biking or just relaxing in the sunshine.

All bedrooms have en suite facilities either bath or shower. The styling is contemporary and comfortable combined with traditional crafting in the furniture. Two of the bedroom are extremely large and will sleep 4 adults in standard beds. The beds can be made up as doubles or singles to suit your own requirements.
The lounge and dining room are on the top floor with views of the mountains from huge panoramic windows. The large fully equipped kitchen is offset from the dining room.

SUMMER & AUTUMN
The chalet is available to rent on an exclusive basis during the summer and autumn and is offered self catering. Prices are for the whole chalet. The chalet is available from May - October. Fully catered options are available by prior arrangement at an additional cost.
WINTER (SKI)
The chalet is offered fully catered during the winter ski season, with a professional chef & host. The prices are shown as per person AND for the whole chalet (sleeps 16). The chalet can be booked on a per person/bed basis, or sole occupancy. Please contact the owners for more information and availability.
Conditions
SUMMER & AUTUMN
A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. If departure is within 8 weeks then full payment is required on booking. A refundable deposit of £200 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
WINTER (SKI)
A deposit of £100pp is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. If departure is within 8 weeks, then the full payment is required on booking.
Awards
The Rhone / French Alps / Savoie region
The Savoie is also an excellent summer and winter destination, with many outdoor activities or perfect if you just want to relax and take in the sunshine and the mountain air. The Savoie offers good local cuisine and the local Savoie cheeses are a common ingredient. The beautiful lakeside town of Annecy is high on the list for a visit especially in the summer months.
Chalet Le Passeu is right in the heart of the 'Paradiski' - the linked ski resorts of Les Arcs & La Plagne, so visitors can enjoy 425kms of piste, 3 glaciers and 2 snowparks in a single lift pass. There are runs for every level as well as plenty of off-piste and snowshoe walking available.
The Vallandry-Les Arcs / Plan Peisey area
The traditional farming village of Moulin where the chalet is located is one of the five villages that make up Peisey Nancroix and is at the gateway to the Vannoise National Park. Whether you come to the mountains in the summer or the winter there are a host of activities to choose from so you are bound to find one that suits you.
In the winter there is skiing, snowboarding, walking and dog sledding and in the summer climbing, walking, mountain biking and rafting to mention but a few.
For those who want to double the effect of a relaxing holiday in natural surroundings there are spa and beauty treatments, yoga-pilates and much much more to discover. A resort geared towards families and friends, children and adults.
Attractions and festivals include Circus Skills, Botanical Days, Festival Jazz N'Bouf, Traditional Mountain Costume Fete, Vallandry Festival, Husky Guided Walks, Paragliding, Rafting, Via Ferrata, Glacier Walks, Fishin, Golf & Horse Riding in the summer.
Traditional Winter activities including skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing, husky rides, sleigh rides and walking as well as a host of off piste activities with a mountain guide, There are always special events during the season including the traditional guided torchlight descent on the piste and walking on "raquettes" (snowshoes) at night.
There are visits to the traditional farms as well as a walking visit to the famous 18th Century Chapell des Vernettes. If you are adventurous there is the famous bobsleigh run at La Plagne to try! You are not limited to activities just in Peisey Vallandry.

Train
One of the nicest methods of travel and the most eco-friendly! Eurostar (www.eurostar.com) and Rail Europe (www.raileurope.com) operate overnight trains from London St Pancras or Ashford in Kent to Bourg St Maurice throughout the winter, our nearest train station, a mere 10kms away. Outside winter, you change in Paris.
Flying
The nearest airports to our chalet are Chambery (winter only), Geneva, Lyon & Grenoble, with many low-cost airlines flying to them from key UK airports. Easyjet, Ryanair, Thomas Cook, Snowjet and Jet2 are just some of the airlines. We recommend www.skyscanner.net for best flight deals throughout the year.
Transfers
During the winter, we offer bespoke transfers that will bring you direct from the airport to the chalet in their fleet of personal minibuses.
Car Hire
The chalet is approx 10 hours drive from Calais and there are free parking spaces right outside the chalet. If you are hiring a car, we recommend www.auto-europe.co.uk

SUMMER & AUTUMN: Generally we offer the whole chalet on a self catering basis during the summer and autumn months. During the Spring, Summer and Autumn the chalet is available by the week on a self catering basis although a catered option is possible by prior arrangement but please enquire for details with the owners.
WINTER (SKI): The chalet is offered on a fully catered basis with a professional chef & host during the winter months. The prices shown are based on 16 people taking the whole chalet AND on a per person basis, as the chalet can be booked on a bed by bed basis. The prices for 16 people are based on an all adult group; if children under 16 are included, the price will be less - please enquire for a personalised quote. Children are approx 15% lower. Infants under 2yrs are charged at £50p
