Valinco Gulf area
Propriano is a small harbour, now an active tourist centre, nestling at the far end of the Gulf of Valinco with its quiet, limpid waters, surrounded by steep rocks and hills covered with olive trees. Propriano has now become a seaside resort renowned for its many fine sand beaches, extremely easy access to all water sports and closeness to many sites in the backcountry.
There is a sports complex with 3 tennis courts nearby. As well as table tennis, a play area for children and a variety of outings to join.
From Ajaccio: take the N 196 towards Propriano. From Figari: follow signs to Sartène and Propriano.
