About the home
A beautiful and peaceful Ibiza style house in the Valencian countryside surrounded by orange and olive trees. 15min south of Valencia airport. Private pool. Very lush garden, palm trees, outside dining wooden deck, barbecue, 30 min from sandy beaches, private parking.
Modern and comfortable. Up to 7 people can comfortably sleep in the house. There are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed (135cm), and two with 2 single beds each (105cm each bed). 1 very comfortable single sofa bed also available in living room. The weekly rental price includes a welcome pack (5l of drinking water, milk and tea bags, a loaf of bread, butter, jam and a full bowl of fresh summer fruits). No last minute extra charges!

Surrounded by Spanish Mediterranean countryside. Nice walks through orange and olive tree fields. Next to a protected wood land that can be freely visited. Abundant wild life (birds). Horse riding 1mile away. Golf course 5 miles away. Two bicycles available for rides around.

The house can be rented on very flexible short terms. If you want to book it a £100 deposit is required to secure the reservation. This deposit will then be used to cover for any damage incurred during your stay. This deposit will be returned back (in cash) on the day of departure.

Valencia is a beautiful, sunny and historic city that also has impressive modern architecture in the new �City of Arts and Scienceï' designed by the world acclaimed Spanish architect Calatrava (New York ground zero new subway station, Olympic stadium in Greece, Israelï's newly open Concordia Bridgeï' and many more). His buildings makes Museums, Opera house, Aquarium, imax, the new "Agora" which will host the first Valencia�s Tennis Open. Valencia also hosts Moto GP championship and Formula 1 every year and most probably the 33rd Americaï's cup in 2009. What else can you desire?
The Valencia area
Montserrat is a small village nearby with all amenities, many typical Spanish food restaurants with high quality food at affordable local prices. At 25 min drive you will find Valencia with its long and sandy Mediterranean beachs. 20 min drive to the "Albufera natural park". A fresh water lake surounded by renowned restaurant serving traditional seefood dishs and can have a romantic Paella dinner in a private boat served in the midle of the lake. Try it is a unique experience for a moderate price.

Very friendly English speaking owners. They picked us up at the airport and took us to the villa. I was totally knocked out by the garden on arrival and the house more than met our expectations. Children could play freely throughout the large grassy garden.
Very well equipped villa, clean and tidy. Lovely pool. In a very good location. 10 min from Moto GP circuit. 20 min from Valencia city and 30min to beaches. Beautiful surroundings. G. Ashwell
We had planned day trips to Valencia but we felt so relaxed and comfortable that we stayed in all week. I�ll come back next year.

Rental payment can be made through bank transfer three weeks prior to arrival or in cash on arrival. No additional costs or unmentioned payments will be charged.
In case the booking has to be cancelled by the guest, the booking fee will be returned in full when the cancellation is made 2 months before arrival dates. Only when booking has been made earlier than two month before arrival.
