About the home

Sunny apartment located just two minutes’ walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Valencia, the most important city of Spain last year.

Enjoy America's cup, Formula one championship, Sciencies City, Oceanografic and best Paella's restaurants by ten minutes cicling. Quiet and peaceful, yet only two minutes from the larger beach of Valencia, with its pubs and restaurants.

The apartment has easy access to all amenities, including all kind of shops and markets. There is a sports centre with gym(200m), swimming pool and basket court only 10 metres from the apartment.

Close to the bus stop, you will arrive to the city centre in 15 minutes. Ideal for enjoy Valencia from a quite place. There are four different buses:1, 2, 19, 31 in the same bus stop for going to different parts of valencia end the tram stop is at the end of the same street.
