Home description
There is so much for the visitor to see and do in Valencia. Valencia is known for its architecture being a sharp contrast of old and new. The historical centre is full of monuments, museums, markets and shops. Our apartment also enables you to enjoy Valencia’s very lively nightlife. Valencian nightlife is famous throughout Spain and provides a unique cultural experience.
From our apartment you can just walk and explore the city or you can take a bus or taxi to Valencia’s futuristic city of Arts and Science, which is set in the old dried-up riverbed of the Turia. The riverbed also contains a lovely park and there are cycle and jogging tracks, as well as an interesting children’s playground. You will also see some lovely fountain displays by the concert hall, the Palau de Musica.
The transport systems in Valencia are excellent and our apartment is convenient for both the buses and the metro, so there is no excuse not to visit Valencia’s beautiful beaches. Here you will find a host of good restaurants, which are open throughout the year, and where you can order a truly authentic “paella”.

The Valencians are passionate about keeping to their traditions. The utmost expression of those traditions are the numerous Fiestas throughout the year, culminating with internationally famous Las Fallas. Do come and enjoy the whole range of spectacular, colourful and exciting experiences that Valencia has to offer. All of this can be enjoyed in a gorgeous Mediterranean climate, when for most of the year just walking around is pure pleasure.
How to get there
The apartment is situated right in the heart of Valencia. It is within walking distance of the main train station, with buses and metro stations nearby. The airport, only 10 kms from the centre, is easily and economically reached by taxi. A car hire is not needed as most sights are within walking distance and the Valencian taxi service is excellent and very cheap but the city can be seen a wonderful open topped tourist bus that you can hop on and off.

The apartments are completely self-contained but can be combined to be used as a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, which would sleep 4 adults comfortably. Both bedrooms contain double beds. The apartments do not contain sofa beds and 4 adults is the maximum they can sleep.

The apartment will be fully prepared for your visit with beds made and towels provided. Also provided are the essentials of soap, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, tin foil etc. To enable you to enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive a welcome pack is provided for you. This comprises the basics of water, tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, eggs, bread, butter and jam but it can be personalised to suit any particular dietary requirements you may have and additional items can be provided upon request. The apartment is also provided with shower gel/shampoo and a hairdryer. Chris, who is English but who speaks fluent Spanish, will be on hand to answer any questions and help you make the most of your time in this wonderful city.
Conditions
25% of rental fee is required to secure booking with the balance to be paid one week prior to arrival. A refundable breakages deposit of £100 will be required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). If both Apartments A and B are booked together a 20 % discount is available.
